1. Do you sell original items?
No, we do not sell original branded items. All our products are imported from Turkey and are of top quality.
2. Can I check my order before paying?
Yes, you can check the items’ quality and sizes before making the payment at your doorstep. If you decide not to keep the order, you may return it to the courier, but the shipping fee must still be paid.
3. Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We do not provide exchanges or returns after payment. However, you can check your items before paying at the door. To make sizing easier, we can also send multiple sizes for you to choose from during delivery.
4. Can I order two sizes and choose?
Yes, you may request two sizes and select the one that fits best when your order arrives.
5. Do you have a physical store?
No, we currently operate online only and do not have a physical store.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Instapay as payment options.
7. What are your shipping and delivery options?
Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 3 days for a shipping fee of 100 EGP (Cash on Delivery available).
Delta & Canal Cities: Delivery within 4 days with a shipping fee of 120 EGP, payable in advance via Instapay.
